about bigflip

We are the company that provides Training Materials to trainers, facilitators, conference centres, corporate training programmes and events. We are famous for our printed flipcharts which we usually produce from Customer supplied artwork and templates. We also produce branded flipchart covers, laminated flipcharts and high quality themed posters, all designed for the Learning and Development environment.

We are trainers, facilitators and coaches ourselves and it’s this background that helps us understand our customers needs when it comes to training products. Above all we are professional, friendly and understanding of different needs and try to adapt and accommodate most requests where possible, we also aim to turn around our products, in particular printed flipcharts within 5 working days of receiving and confirming our customers artwork. Our reputation is built on our customers and their feedback, many of whom we have provided training products to regularly over the last 5 years.

Privacy Policy.  Contact details and company information is stored on our database so we can contact our Customers with regards to quotes or order requests. We only use this information to process orders and for reference when customers request re-orders or place new orders. We will from time to time send customers on our database, priority email information on new products and offers, from time to time, though Customers always have the option to opt out of these email mailings by contacting us and asking for their name to be removed from the BigFLip Mailing list, just email us your opt out request. We do not sell or share Customers information of any kind to 3rd parties or any other organisation. We store customer order information such as original artwork and proformas as many customers will re-order using the same source file for production purposes. If customers do not want us to store these files then they will be removed if a written request is received requesting us to do so. We respect the confidentiality of customers files as in most cases they are copyright or branded to a specific company or organisation. We do not share or mis-use this branded or copyrighted information with any other company. We may ask from time to time if featured companies are prepared to allow us to use a portion of their file, where a customer is promoting or recommending our products. We would only do this with written permission from Customers. We back up all our information on a separate server to minimise data loss. We do not store in any form details of customers credit or debit cards and inform our customers not to send this information in any unsecure format (ie by email or post). We request money via email to a secure payment site (Paypal) or take payment over the phone (any information recorded as part of this procedure is immediately shredded once authorisation has taken place). Delivery Policy Delivery of products is usually by TNT courier (for large orders) or Royal Mail (Smaller packages) within 5 working days ofreceipt and confirmation of order unless specified by us and agreed with our customers. Cost of delivery is based on the final weight of order and we work to make sure we can get the best and most cost effective delivery charges for our customers. We ship most of our orders on next day delivery tariffs as most are urgent, though will discuss and agree with each customer prior to shipment. Tracking numbers for all shipments are normally sent via email to customers once order has been collected by the courier so customers can track and chase orders where required. Customers will normally be required to sign for deliveries of goods. We can deliver to most addresses and can to provide quotations for delivery of goods to USA and Europe in particular. We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers (Couriers will not deliver) without a full address being provided. All our products are securely packaged and sealed and should be received in the same condition they left us.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy. We work hard to make sure that our customers are happy with their purchase, in the case of printed flipcharts and printed posters we usually send a print ready pdf version of the artwork back to customers first as proof to ensure what we are producing is correct and to the customer’s satisfaction. Custom produced flipcharts and posters are therefore non refundable if this approval has previously been given, as these are bespoke products and have no value to anyone else. If the product has been damaged in transit or there is a fault with the product not identified by our quality control procedures , then we will happily refund or replace the product within 3 working days. Refunds will be made back to customer’s credit card in most cases or electronic bank refunds for cheque payments. Any product purchased that is not bespoke, can be returned for a refund or replacement within 14 working days if not suitable or unused as long as it remains in its original packaging and is re-saleable (in the case of unwanted or un-used). A re-stocking fee of 10% of the product cost is deducted from refunds of this kind. A return shipping label is provided with every product (excluding printed flipcharts and posters). When we provide quotations and or provide an initial assessment of artwork files for suitability of printing, etc, this is done under no obligation of the customer to purchase or commit to a purchase with us. Once the customer has confirmed the suitability of an electronic proof provided by us, we take this as confirmation of commitment by the customer to our processing of this order.

Payment Policy. We request that all orders are paid for in advance of the products being produced and shipped. Our company accepts Credit and Debit Cards via telephone or an email link we send prior to processing of the order. Cheques can also be sent, though clearance of payment is required before shipment of products.

Contact Information. The best and most effective way of contacting us is via email, we will reply to most within a 2 hour timeframe. Contact us at orders@bigflip.co.uk with your initial requests or ideas and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We get really busy sometimes and therefore we aren’t always able to pick up the phone. If this is the case please leave us a voice message or again send us a brief email and we will get back to you within a reasonable timeframe. Once we are processing your order we will provide, on request, a mobile number you can contact us on for any urgent update information or queries or concerns, this number in most cases will be answered immediately, if it isn’t it means we are in a meeting or dealing with a supplier, etc so again please leave a message and we will return your call. You can email us any day or night, we are reviewing emails up to 7pm at night and from 8am in the morning. Our office hours are 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday, Sat 10am to Midday (12pm), Sun Closed.
